Syndi Kahn

Syndi Kahn lives in Cape Town with her husband and two young sons. She graduated in 1996 from the Michaelis School of Fine Art, UCT, worked in graphic design in London and Cape Town and now works as a full-time artist.

Previous exhibitions include a solo show at the South African Jewish Museum and most recently various group shows at Everard Read Gallery Cape Town, a group show at the South African Jewish Museum and the Salon 91 booth at the Cape Town Art Fair 2015. She has also exhibited at the Broken Monsters Charity show, in group shows at Salon91, the Rape Crisis Shining Girls exhibition and the AVA Gallery. She had her first solo show Glissando, at Everard Read Gallery Cape Town in May 2016, and is represented in the Spier Collection as well as in private collections in South Africa, UK and Europe.
